Our Co-Investment Model

Traditionally, investing in large scale development projects or buy-to-let opportunities could only be accessed with a very high minimum investment amount, but with Propcure, you can invest at the level you’re completely comfortable with.

Our refreshingly fair structure means we only profit when the project is a success, and therefore our interests are always aligned with investors. Our confidence that we can deliver is derived from our sourcing and negotiation skills, in combination with our rigorous due diligence processes, discipline to only invest when we achieve our target terms, and experience of the property market.

0% Management and Entry Fees

We believe absolutely in aligning our interests, we charge no investment entry fees and share only in the profits with our investors. Returns cited on our website reflect net returns after our profit share has been taken.

Administration costs currently run at 0.5% and are returned to investors prior to any profit calculation, meaning 100% of all your funds are fully invested in the project and working for you.

FCA-regulated, we ensure every project goes through multiple stages of due diligence and is approved by our investment committee before being released to the investor portal.
