Investors’ returns always rank above the management team. The project management company only receive a profit share if an asset increases in value. On disposal, investors initial investment is returned prior to any profit sharing.

Participating in property projects as part of a syndicate helps to mitigate risk. Each development is held in a separate Special Purpose Vehicle

Graham is a Reinsurance Professional with over 30 years experience within the Lloyd's of London and International Reinsurance Markets.

In 2010, he was one of the founding directors of CatCo Investment Management, which launched CatCo-Re as a Bermudian-based $1 billion collateralised catastrophe reinsurance fund. In 2016 CatCo Investment Management was acquired by Market Corporation. Graham was part of the senior management team that saw Market CatCo's assets under management grow to more than $3 billion.

Sarah Whitehead

Partner & Head of Legal - Sturgeon Ventures

Sarah is a Partner and the Head of Legal for Sturgeon and together with Seonaid sits on the Venture Capital Fund Committees. Prior to Sturgeon, Sarah worked initially in Clifford Chance’s investment funds department, with a year in Man Group’s Swiss derivative funds team before moving to ING Group for 11 years, first as a trading floor lawyer focussing on structured products, then in investment banking.
